We'll talk about what you want from your website. What do you want it to do. How do you want it to look. What impression you want visitors to have. What information do you want on it. How often will you want it updating with new information. What budget do you have. Through this discussion we can go to the next stage and draft a proposal. It will scope out what you want to achieve and how your website could look, including the structure, number of pages etc. It will also include the cost.
The proposal for your new website is based in the conversation we've had. It will scope out what you want to achieve and how your website could look, including the structure, number of pages etc. It will also include the cost.
Once we have agreed the proposal including the budget, we start working on your website. We'll formalise the plan including all the details, including page design, colours used, text size, images or photos required etc. If you want us to help with creating text or content, this will happen in the design stage. And if you need our help with images or photos, these will be organised.
With the design agreed, your new website will be built. There will probably be some more questions and tweaks at this stage. Here we will build the designs into a functioning product. We often find that our clients don't always have enough content, whether be it images or text, to fill the site; we can help with sourcing of such media.
Even the simplest websites need to be tested. To make sure the site does what you want it to do and all pages link to each other properly. And to test how you expect visitors to navigate your site.
Once you've agreed and the testing is complete, we will launch the site.
